• The minimum age for registration is 18 years for women and 21 years for men.

• Registration Fee should be paid in a single Installment and is for 6 months only.

• Candidate can do online registration also and deposit the registration fee by cash/ money order/ demand draft/ cheque or through net banking.
• Demand draft/ Cheque should be in favour of Rajyog Vivah Sanstha

• Registration fee will not be refunded in any condition.

• Registration fee will not be transferred on the name of another person.

• For Registration the following documents should be necessary:
      (i.)    Printed Biodata of Brides/ Grooms.
      (ii.)   One colour photo of Bride/ Groom of 4" x 6" size.

• In all correspondances with the centre, candidate must mention his/ her name and profile ID.

• After registration, the candidate will be provided with a Profile ID. He/ she can use this Profile ID along with the given password to access the portal independently. The registration is valid for maximum of 1 years from date of registration.

• After registration, the candidates can view the profiles and photographs of Brides and Grooms from the comfort of their home.

• Users will be given printed list of Brides and Grooms quarterly by post/ courier, subject to the number of registered candidates. Centre will not be responsible for delay of Postal/ Courier service.

• The address and contact nos of the candidate are not displayed on the portal.

• On the portal, the detailed profile of the candidate (without address and contact nos) along with photo is displayed. You can access it from anywhere through internet saving lots of efforts, money and time.

• Only paid registered candidates can get the address & contact no. of maximum 10 candidates in every fifteen days by phone/e-mail during office hours only.

• Every paid registered male candidate can request contact nos of brides and vice versa.

• No donation or gift is taken from the candidate by us if their marriage is fixed with the help of Rajyog Vivah Sanstha and the candidate may get their biodata and photo within 1 month when the candidate's marriage is fixed. After one month their record will be discarded from centre.

• Every candidate has to register his/ her true information on the portal and this is the moral responsibility of each other.

• We do not guarantee about the truthfulness of the information received by us. The parents of the candidate are directed to verify and satisfy themselves about the same by any other mode of their choice.

• After registering on this portal, we do not guarantee about fixing of marriage.

• We are not responsible for any misuse of the information or photographs by anyone.

• Centre reserves the right to modify/ increase/ stop the services provided by us.

• Once the profile & photo uploaded on the website by the centre, it is the responsibility of the user to check it and correct it if necessary. The centre will not be responsible for any further changes in the profile or photo by the candidate.

• एकदा भरलेली फी कोणत्याही सबबीवर परत मिळणार नाही।
• रजिस्टेशन मेम्बरशिप दुसऱ्या व्यक्तीच्या नावावर बदलता येणार नाही।
• विवाह संस्थेमध्ये रजिस्टेशन करताना आवश्यक कागदपत्रे:
  • संपूर्ण माहितीसह बायोडेटा।
  • सभासदांचा पूर्ण उंचीचा एक व क्लोजअप एक फोटो।
  • सभासदांची छापील जन्मपत्रिका।
• विवाह संस्थेशी व्यवहार करताना सभासदाचे नाव व नोंदणी क्रमांक याची अवश्य नोंद करावी।
• विवाह संस्थेमध्ये प्रिमियम मेम्बरशिप घेतल्यानंतर सभासदाला युजर आय-डी व पासवर्ड दिला जातो।
• नाव नोंदणी केल्यावर सभासदांना वेबसाईटवर नोंदणी केलेल्या स्थळांची माहिती घरबसल्या पहावयास मिळेल।
• वेबसाईटवर मुलामुलींची फोटोसह संपूर्ण माहिती दिली जाते। त्यामुळे आपण जगभरात कोठेही घरबसल्या ती पाहू शकतो।
• विवाह जमल्यानंतर विवाह संस्थेस देणगी दयावी लागत नाही। तसेच ही माहिती कळविल्यास सभासत्व रद्द केले जाईल।
• प्रत्येक सभासदांनी नोंदणी फॉर्ममध्ये स्थळाबाबतची खरी माहिती नोंद करावी व ही प्रत्येक सभासदाची नैतिक जबाबदारी आहे।
• विवाह संस्थेमध्ये झालेल्या स्थळांच्या माहितीची खात्री सभासदांच्या पालकांनी स्वतः करून घ्यावी। भविष्यात उद्भवणाऱ्या समस्यांना विवाह संस्था जबाबदार राहणार नाही।
• विवाह संस्थेमध्ये रजिस्टेशन केल्यानंतर विवाह जमेलच याची खात्री केंद्र देऊ शकत नाही।
• विवाह संस्थे मिळवलेल्या माहितीचा गैरवापर करू नये, तसे निदर्शनास आल्यास सभासत्व रद्द केले जाईल। तसेच, भविष्यातील समस्येस विवाह संस्था जबाबदार राहणार नाही।
• विवाह संस्थेमध्ये जाहिर केलेल्या मूळ तसेच अनेक ऐच्छिक सेवांमध्ये बदल करणे/वाढविणे /दुरुस्ती करणे/ सुधारणा करणे/तहकुब करणे/काढून टाकणे/समाप्त करणे ईत्यादी अधिकार, संचालक, राजयोग विवाह संस्था स्वतःकडे राखून ठेवत आहे।
• वेबसाईटवर बायोडेटा व फोटो टाकल्यानंतर तो तपासून तसेच दुरुस्त करून घेण्याची जबाबदारी ही रजिस्टेशन करनार्या व्यक्तीची राहील आहे। त्यानंतर बायोडेटा अथवा फोटो मध्ये होण्यारा बदलास केंद्र जबाबदार राहणार नाही।
